Royal Brew Kombucha was born and raised in the north just like its owners. We are the northern most kombucha microbrewery in the United States! We are proud to offer organic, draft kombucha to the Fairbanks community.

 

We brew kombucha in a traditional manner, for those of us who won’t settle for overly sweet insipid brews! Only organic teas, herbs and cane sugar are used to create a sweet tea mixture before the fermentation process begins. No additional sweeteners or flavorings are added post fermentation. This is the way true kombucha is meant to be.
